sector based on applicable overtime provisions. Overtime is generally
calculated using the employee's basic wage. Normal overtime is generally
compensated at the normal hourly rate plus at least 25%. Qualifying
overtime between 10:00 PM and 4:00 AM is generally compensated at the
normal hourly rate plus at least 50%. The night overtime provision does
not apply to workers working on a shift basis.
